Returns Policy for Witcheerie

At Witcheerie, we strive to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please review our returns policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • We only accept returns if the product is ripped/torn/burnt at the time of delivery. Other reasons won’t be marked eligible. If there’s a size issue we offer Exchange.
    • Items such as perishable goods, customized items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
    • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
    • Parcel opening video showing the flaw of the product is a must, otherwise the request wouldn’t be approved.
  2. Initiating a Return:

    • Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective or damaged.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Witcheerie is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  4. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
    • Refunds are issued for the cost of the returned item(s) excluding any shipping charges.
  5. Exchanges:

    • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange.
    • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • Provide photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number for expedited assistance.
    • We will work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or issuing a refund.
    • A parcel opening video without cuts and showing the flaws is a MUST.

  8. Final Sale Items:

    • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
